I wanted to add another cookie option that felt a little more indulgent than a classic chocolate chip cookie. The result? Triple Chocolate Cookies: a rich chocolate cookie loaded with three different kinds of chocolate in every batch.
Three Kinds of Chocolate. Because Why Not?
These start with a rich cocoa cookie dough, then get loaded with milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, and white chocolate chips.
Each chocolate brings something a little different. The milk chocolate adds sweetness, the semisweet gives you that deeper chocolate flavor, and the white chocolate adds little creamy bites throughout.
The finished cookies are thick and soft in the center with lightly crisp edges—and plenty of chocolate in every bite.
