Jen's Buns products are handcrafted artisan baked goods made in small batches. Because our products are handmade, variations in appearance, shape, color, crust, texture, and flavor are normal and do not constitute defects.

All shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Jen's Buns. Carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, and other shipping-related issues may affect delivery times.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages and properly storing products upon receipt.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that artisan baked goods may differ from commercially manufactured products and agree that personal taste preferences, texture preferences, crust firmness, or natural product variations do not qualify as defects.

Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include supporting photographs when requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jen's Buns' liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. Jen's Buns shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, or consumption of its products.
