Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how recurring subscription orders may be changed or canceled.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries every 2 or 4 weeks, based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each recurring order.

You may skip, pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes must be made before your next scheduled renewal date to apply to the upcoming order. If a renewal payment has already been processed, the change will apply to the following subscription order.

Once preparation of an order has begun, that order cannot be canceled or refunded. Because our products are perishable, subscription orders are also subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
