Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your order is in the hands of USPS, delivery timing is outside of our control. We always ship fresh and on time, but occasional carrier delays can happen.
When will my order ship?
Orders are baked fresh and shipped as quickly as possible. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our kitch.
Freshness & Storage
When is your bread baked?
Every loaf is made fresh to order and baked just before shipping to ensure it arrives at its best.
How should I store my bread?
Store at room temperature in a sealed bag for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze – then toast or warm when ready to enjoy.
Can I freeze sourdough bread?
Yes! Sourdough freezes beautifully. We recommend slicing before freezing so you can easily grab a piece whenever you want.
Products & Ingredients
What ingredients do you use?
We use simple, high-quality ingredients: bread flour, water, salt, and our active sourdough starter. Some flavors may include additional ingredients like cheese, herbs, or other inclusions.
Are your products made with commercial yeast?
Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened using our sourdough starter. Some specialty items (like ciabatta) may use yeast, and this will always be clearly listed in the product description.
Do your products contain allergens?
All products contain wheat (gluten). Some flavors may include dairy or other allergens. Please refer to each product listing for full ingredient details.
