Bright, fruity, and delicately sweet, this Raspberry & White Chocolate Sourdough Loaf is a beautiful balance of tart raspberries and smooth white chocolate, folded into my naturally fermented sourdough dough.

The raspberries bring a bold, tangy flavor that cuts perfectly through the richness of the white chocolate, while the long fermentation develops a soft crumb and deep, complex flavor. Each loaf has vibrant pockets of fruit and chocolate throughout, making it just sweet enough without overpowering the sourdough base.
