Our Sourdough Flight includes four mini sourdough loaves, handcrafted in small batches using our naturally fermented sourdough starter. Build your own flight by choosing your favorite flavors - or let us surprise you with our Baker's Choice option.

Mini Loaf Size

Each mini loaf is approximately 1/4 the size of a full loaf.

• Bread flour
• Water
• Active sourdough stare (flour & water)
• Salt
• Additional inclusions depending on flavor (cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic, herbs, cinnamon, brown sugar, fruit, etc.)
